Eligibility and Enrollment Program
The HOK Rewards Loyalty Program is open to individuals who sign up on the HOK website. Enrollment is automatic upon account creation.
Earning Points
Points are earned on eligible purchases, social engagement activities, referrals, and other actions as specified in the Program details.
Points will be credited to the member’s account once the transaction is complete and after the return period has ended.
Special point promotions, such as for birthdays or festive periods, may be limited to specific timeframes. Point Value and Redemption 100 points are equal to ₹1. Points can be redeemed only in accordance with the minimum point thresholds set by the Program.
Points may be redeemed during checkout for discounts on HOK purchases. Redemption of points cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or discounts unless otherwise stated.
Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Tier Advancement and Benefits The Program consists of multiple tiers, each with its own benefits and spending thresholds.
Members are automatically upgraded to higher tiers as they meet the spending requirements within a calendar year.
Tier status will be reviewed and may be reset if the required spending threshold is not met within 365 days. Expiration and Forfeiture of Points Points earned will expire 03 months from the date of issue if not redeemed.
If a member account remains inactive (no purchases or point-earning activity) for 03 consecutive months, all accumulated points will be forfeited.
