Makeup as a Category is Non Returnable

RETURN/EXCHANGE IS ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR A WRONG PRODUCT

To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Follow steps below to begin process

  1. MAIL us on support@hokmakeup.com or call us at 9810245261
  2. Provide us with proper pictures of the product you have received along with the picture of the invoice.
  3. In case of payment refund, the paid amount will automatically be applied to your HOK Wallet within 2 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund in 7-10 business days, first check your HOK account again.

HOKMakeup has the authority to cancel the order or the item(s) anytime if found a matter of question. In case of cancellation, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours for the prepaid orders.

Note: We would need an unboxing video as proof to claim a refund/replacement in case of damage or wrong product sent. Make a video while opening the package.
